Methode
Immunoblot IgG
SOX-1 im Rahmen des Immunoblots Neuronale AK, Profil gesamt oder auch als Immunoblot Neuronale AK IgG, Profil klein zusammen mit Titin-AK.
Indication
Anti-SOX-1 Antikörper sind von Bedeutung bei paraneoplastischem Lambert-Eaton-myasthenisches-Syndrom (LEMS), Kleinhirndegeneration, sensibler Neuropathie.
Assoziierter Tumor: Kleinzelliges Bronchial-CA.
