- PCR, Sequenzierung und MLPA der Exons 1-15 von APC
Indication
V.a. autosomal rezessive, MUTYH-assoziierte, familiäre Polyposis coli (MAP), evtl. Differentialdiagnose als autosomal dominante, attenuierte familiäre Polyposis coli (AFAP), siehe Gen APC und FAP.
