EDTA-Blut: 2-4 ml oder TBK
Hämolysat; wenn Hämolysat eingesandt wird: 2 ml frisches EDTA-Blut 3 x mit je 10 ml 0,9% NaCl waschen. Aus 600 μl gepackten Erys+600 μl aqua dest. Hämolysat herstellen und sofort einfrieren.
